Ranqia is a GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) platform that monitors how
brands appear in the answers of AI models such as ChatGPT, Gemini and
Perplexity.

## Use of the site and services

You may use the site and services for lawful purposes and in accordance with
these terms. You agree **not** to:

- use the service for illegal purposes or in ways that infringe the rights of
  others;
- attempt to access restricted areas, interfere with the platform, or bypass
  security measures;
- copy, resell or redistribute the service without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who breaches these terms.

## Intellectual property

The site, the Ranqia brand, the software, the reports and the data generated
by the platform are owned by Ranqia. **The data and metrics produced by the
platform are ours**, and we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable
license to use them within the contracted service.

## Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". AI visibility metrics are estimates based on
queries to third-party models and may vary; we do not guarantee specific
results. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ranqia is not liable
for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
